We're seeking a skilled and organized Customer Acquisition and Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for new customers, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include searching and coordinating with new customers, assisting with supplier registration, gathering initial sales details, and handling front-line communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and coordinate with new customers over the phone to gather information and schedule meetings
- Assist the team with registering as a supplier with new customers
- Gather and document initial sales details, passing them on to the sales team for further development
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Write and send professional emails to customers and suppliers
- Read and understand documents, including contracts and sales agreements
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Actively seek out and identify qualified freelancers to submit quotes and proposals for projects, utilizing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms
Requirements:
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Proficient in email writing, document reading, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Nice to Have:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales/marketing principles
