Sustainable Land Plan: Shops & Hospital & Old age Home
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a vacant plot that fronts a busy roadway and I want every square metre to work hard for me. The vision is straightforward: a row of mixed-use shops greeting passers-by at the frontage and, behind them, a fully-functioning hospital complex and an old age home that occupies the remainder of the site. All design decisions must revolve around eco-friendly, sustainable architecture—from material selection and energy systems to water management and green landscaping.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A master site layout that shows traffic flow, parking, service access and clear separation between retail and medical zones while keeping pedestrian movement intuitive.
• Conceptual floor plans and massing studies for both the shop strip and the hospital so we can confirm space efficiency before moving into detailed design.
• Sustainability strategy notes covering solar orientation, natural ventilation, rainwater harvesting and low-impact building materials.
• Presentation-ready visuals (2D plans plus basic 3D views or renders) that make it easy for stakeholders to grasp the concept quickly.
Speed is critical; I’m aiming to review an initial draft as soon as possible, iterate fast and lock the concept in. If you’re comfortable working on tight timelines and have experience in commercial-healthcare mixed developments, let’s move.
Feel free to ask any questions. Land map attached.
