Public Space Infrastructure Management Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am coordinating an urban initiative that concentrates exclusively on public spaces and prioritises concrete infrastructure upgrades over cosmetic “beautification.” The assignment is to shape a pragmatic management plan that guides everything from the initial site audit through construction phasing and long-term upkeep.
At minimum, the final package must include:
• A concise existing-conditions assessment (photos, GIS or CAD mapping, and basic asset inventory).
• A phased action roadmap that sequences drainage, paving, lighting, seating, and accessibility works, with realistic timeframes and milestone triggers.
• Cost estimates tied to each phase, formatted so they can be dropped straight into my capital-works budget.
• A maintenance and monitoring protocol that keeps the new assets serviceable, including KPI suggestions for city staff.
Also we need 3D render, proposal for our company that is trying to start naming the street in the country where no name exist.
All spatial data should be georeferenced (EPSG:4326 or local equivalent) and any drawings delivered as PDF plus the original AutoCAD/SKP/Revit files you work from. Narrative sections may be in Word or Google Docs.
A clear, data-driven approach is more valuable than glossy renders. Please keep the writing plain, label figures clearly, and embed sources for any assumptions.
