Outline Development Plan of Karol Bagh

i need a complete outline development project of karol bagh, delhi in which initially i need a base map made in QGIS in competence with m.plan studio exercise in which following are to be included in the map: zone boundary defined(karol bagh falls in zone B of delhi), sub zone boundaries, ward boundaries, precent/ surrounding context area defined, road network with hierachy defined and any natural feature in the area

all this should be in layers in the qgis map and u can use official maps of delhi like ward map and map viewer or any authentic website for info
