Looking for an Urban Planner / Town Planner for tutoring / consultancy

I am looking for a Town Planner / Urban Planner to teach me about the process of land development / site planning and subdivision planning. I have a 200 acre raw land which I want to convert into a new town/housing society, so I want to know and learn the process from the scratch. How to divide land in different land uses and how to layout the entire site.
