Industrial Zone Master Plan

I'm looking for an architect or a firm to consult with as well as design a master plan for an industrial zone. The total area of the project is 156.2 acres.

I'll give it to you.

(1) Survey of topography (Auto Cad)

(2) My idea



I'm anticipating

For Part A

(1) Consulting (Zonings, Standards, Layouts, etc...)

(2) Designing a master plan (2d, Auto cad)



For Part B

(1) 3D Rendering pictures with post productions (for business promotions)
(2) Animations videos

*please quote Part A and Part B of the proposal individually. I could choose to hire only for one part or both.

*Along with your quotation, please provide me your portfolios (preferably with experience on similar projects) and a detailed description of services/drawings/diagrams you could provide.

*You must submit all editable source files. (PSD, DWG, JPEG, and so on...)
