Gated Community Residential Plot Layout

I am looking to design a residential plot layout for a gated community. The layout should include defined spaces for clubhouse amenities and playground facilities, providing ample room for community interaction and recreation. The design will not accommodate pre-built units like villas or apartments; instead, it will focus solely on plots for individual development. Ideal candidates should have expertise in urban planning, community design, and residential layouts. Experience in designing gated communities is highly preferred.
