I am ready to move forward with opening a daycare center at a specific property and now need a complete, submission-ready Conditional Use Permit package for the city’s Planning Department. The scope covers three critical pieces: a thorough zoning analysis to confirm compliance and identify any variances, a professionally drafted site plan that meets submittal standards, and the materials required for the public hearing—including the application narrative, exhibits, and a concise presentation deck.
I do not yet have supporting documents, surveys, or drawings compiled, so you will be starting from scratch and guiding the documentation process from end to end. I can provide the property address, basic program requirements (age groups, capacity, hours of operation), and any available assessor maps on day one.
Deliverables expected for acceptance:
• Zoning compliance memo outlining applicable code sections, parking ratios, and any mitigation measures
• Scaled site plan set (PDF + source file) ready for city intake, reflecting circulation, drop-off, play areas, parking, and required notes
• Complete Conditional Use Permit application packet, signed where needed, in the city’s required format
• Public-hearing packet: narrative summary, presentation slides, and display boards if required
