Commercial Parking Layout Design

I am seeking a detailed and professionally designed parking layout for an empty plot intended for commercial use. The design must accommodate both minibuses and cars, include a clearly defined entry and exit, and incorporate the road layout surrounding the plot to ensure proper access and traffic circulation.

The design must comply with Dubai, United Arab Emirates regulations, specifically (but not limited to) the standards and requirements of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).

Scope of Work

The consultant should deliver a complete, standards-compliant parking design that includes:

1. Parking Layout

Optimized use of the available plot for mixed vehicle types (minibuses and cars).

Proper bay dimensions following RTA-compliant parking standards.

Clear and smooth traffic flow inside the lot.

Inclusion of entry and exit points, with appropriate turning radii, signage, and lane separation where required.

Integration of the road layout surrounding the plot, showing:

Access points

Adjacent road width

Service road (if any)

Turning lanes

Positioning of barriers/ANPR if needed



2. Cabin / Office Space

A dedicated cabin/office area with exact dimensions.

Logical placement to support operations (ticketing, security, or management).



3. Compliance

The entire design must align with:

RTA Guidelines for Parking Layouts and Access Design

Relevant UAE urban planning standards for commercial parking

Vehicle circulation


4. Deliverables

CAD drawings (DWG format)

PDF layout (A1 or A3)
