I need a short 3D animation that visually walks viewers through the before-and-after journey of an existing, congested city evolving into a well-planned, structured environment. The story should open with realistic street-level shots of the current urban setting and then transition—through smooth camera moves or clever cross-sections—into the redesigned version.

Please devote clear screen time to each of the following focus areas so the upgrade feels tangible:
