AutoCAD Specialist for Land Development Design

Land Development Layout Designer (AutoCAD Expert)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented freelancer to assist in the development of a 20-acre land parcel into a well-planned layout of 20 individual plots (each 20 guntas). The project involves creating precise and audit-ready AutoCAD drawings and layout plans, including:
Scope of Work:
- Preliminary Layout Plan: Conceptual design of 20 plots with internal roads, common areas, and utility zones.
- Dimensional AutoCAD Drawings: Accurate plotting with measurements, road widths, and area demarcations.
- Final Layout (2nd Revision): Updated layout post-survey, incorporating actual site measurements and adjustments.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and layout planning for land development
- Experience in plotting agricultural/residential layouts (preferably in India)
- Ability to incorporate survey data into final design
- Understanding of zoning, road widths, and common area allocation norms
Timeline:
- Immediate start
- Preliminary layout expected within 3 days
- Final layout post-survey within 10 days
