Urban design

I am looking for an experienced urban designer to undertake a project for a neighborhood. The project should include a design landscape that can be used to create an inviting atmosphere. This project will involve designing land scape (organic) with activities that highlights architectural features in order to increase pedestrian activity. The ideal candidate should have a background in architecture and design, be able to work on both small and large scale projects, and have the right balance of knowledge and creativity to make the project a success. In addition, the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to think critically and creatively to provide the best solutions possible.
