Urban Planning Teacher for an Online University Project Class

Hello, we are looking for a teacher to record videos for a course on smart cities & societies.
The requirements are as follows.
1. We provide the material： course description, course instruction, course materials(literature and ppt)
2. we need in total 30 lecture hours (50 minutes each) .
3. We already have PowerPoint, but you need to add some content appropriately to complete these 30 lecture hours.
4. delivery of the video: we expect you could deliver at least 15 lecture hours of video within 1 month.
5. payment: we want to know your price (total price)
