Urban Planner for Dog Daycare Development
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I'm seeking an experienced urban planner to help with the commercial development of a dog daycare and boarding facility in the City of Mississauga, Ontario Canada. We are in stage 6 of 7 of the process of obtain our Certificate of Occupancy. The city has responded for me to apply to the city records archives for certain documents, but honestly I really do not understand what the city is asking for at this point and require your help.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have a strong background in urban planning, specifically with commercial developments. Experience in working with city regulations and processes in Mississauga will be a significant advantage. We have 19 days left to complete this task. I would provide my city username & login so you could preview my file and then explain what I need to apply for on the City of Mississauga archive website.
I prefer someone in Greater Toronto area familiar with city bylaws.
