Commercial Park Urban Planning and Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am in need of a competent urban planner to develop a zone map for a new commercial park. The area for development is approximately 230 hectares. The project entails a detailed layout of varied sections including office blocks, restaurants, hotels, road networks, and green spaces.
• Space Distribution Specifics: The land allotment for each area is specific, with special considerations given to building, roadways, and greenery. Your expertise in spatial organization and optimal utilization will be crucial in achieving a balance between these diverse elements. We need to demarcate where each development will go (hotels, roads, crosswalks, office blocks, laboratories, residential housing, schools, supermarkets etc).
• Zone Division: The commercial park should be segmented into 4-6 distinct areas. Your experience in making effective and attractive zone divisions is highly desired.
Ideal skills and experiences for this project include:
- Expertise in Urban Planning or Landscape Architecture.
- Proficiency in GIS and CAD mapping.
- A clear understanding of zoning regulations and urban planning principles.
- Experience in commercial park design and Master Planning would be advantageous.
Your creative vision paired with functional design will be instrumental in bringing this commercial park to life.
We hope to create a simple zone map of this city clearly marking out the placement of each development. The zone currently has some existing infrastructure part of this commercial park (including a golf course and club house, hotel resort and spa, a primary school, and a conference center) and the remainder of the zone will be developed into commercial space, education facilities, office blocks, another hotel, small laboratories for pharmaceutical companies, supermarkets, restaurants, residential housing for rent and so on. This commercial zone is focused on attracting businesses in the Biotech and Fintech industries. This mini city will be designed with a "one-stop-shop-approach" in which everything you need is in one place (commercial, retail, tourism, entertainment, sporting facilities, educational institutions, residential housing).
