basic merge of Unreal Lyra Sample Game with Unreal Matrix City Sample

I am an 8 year old boy named Otto. I am making a game and have chosen Unreal as the platform to use. As a starter for my game I would like to "merge" together the Unreal Matrix City Sample and the Unreal Lyra starter game so that the Lyra players play in the streets of the Unreal Matrix City Sample. As an added bonus if time permits it would be good if the Lyra players can shoot cars and npc's.
