Unreal Visualisation and simulation of ship traffic using AIS

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with an Unreal Visualisation and simulation project involving ship traffic using AIS.

Project Requirements: (in short - see attached pdf for details)
Task 1: Set up an environment using Cesium for Unreal of Gota River in Sweden
Task 2: Visualise ship traffic using supplied AIS messages
Task 3: Simulate traffic in the river using AIS and other inputs

All to be done using Unreal Engine 5.1 or later
All source code and windows run times to be provided

All is described in the PDF
