Unreal 5.6 State Machine Fix
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m stuck on a very specific snag inside Unreal Engine 5.6: the State Machines in my Animation Blueprint won’t play their animation sequences correctly, and when they do trigger, they drift out of sync with the character’s actions. I already have the skeleton, animations, and input code in place—what’s missing is the final touch that makes each state fire the right sequence at the right moment.
I don’t need a full overhaul or recorded tutorial; I just want you to jump on a live screen-share session (no file transfers or remote desktop installs) and walk me through the fix in real time. We’ll open the Animation Graph together, drill into the state machine, wire up or correct the sequence nodes, and adjust any transition timing data so every loop, start, and stop feels seamless. Once the character reacts on cue and the states blend without hitching, we’re done.
If you’re comfortable debugging State Machines, tweaking transition logic, and testing playbacks inside UE-5.6’s Preview window while I share my screen, this should be a quick win for both of us.
