Unreal Horror Audio Integration

Job ID: 39777181

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a playable first-person horror level in Unreal Engine and the visuals are in place—tiered keycard system, working doors, and a fully animated character are already running. Now I need the game to sound alive (or unsettlingly dead).

What I’m after is a complete, royalty-free sound pass and proper hookup inside Unreal:

• Source or create the SFX: varied footstep sets (concrete, metal, gravel and any other texture you feel fits), door open/close keyed to the existing keycard logic, an unmistakable keycard-pickup chime, UI hover/click/inventory cues, plus three ambient horror loops—hallway drones, distant rumbles, and wind. All audio must be cleared for commercial use.

• Integrate those assets through Animation Notifies or Blueprint nodes so footfalls trigger accurately per surface, doors play the correct sound on interaction, ambience loops change by zone, and UI feedback feels snappy.

• Run in-engine tests to be sure levels, attenuation, and concurrency are balanced and everything fires reliably during gameplay.

Delivery is the .uasset-packed project (or separate .wav folder plus import steps), clearly named cues, and a short note explaining any Blueprint additions so I can pick up right where you leave off.

If you know your way around Unreal’s sound cues, attenuation settings, and animation notifies, this should be a focused job that moves the project from silent to spine-tingling.
