Unreal Fire Simulation System

I'm seeking an experienced Unreal Engine developer to create a fire simulation system for a gaming environment, specifically on a simple grid.

Requirements include:
- Fire simulation integrated within Unreal Engine
- Customizable grid size
- grid colour should get changed on it's state like normal, burning, burn.
- Green , Red, Black
- every functionally same as the video refrence.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine
