I'm seeking an experienced Unreal Engine developer to update an existing 3D environment. The project requires improving the following aspects:

- Textures and Materials: Revamp existing textures and materials for a more realistic look.
- Lighting and Shadows: Enhance lighting and shadow effects to improve depth and realism.
