Unreal Engine Developer for AAA Tank and Turret Gameplay Systems

We are looking for an experienced Unreal Engine 5.6 developer to assist with the design and implementation of tank and turret gameplay systems for our project. The role involves working directly in Blueprints and C++ to bring vehicle and weapon functionality to life in a polished, scalable way.

The developer will be responsible for:

Implementing tank-mounted turrets with multiple firing modes (single-barrel, high fire rate, explosive ammunition, etc.).,
Creating a modular turret system that can be reused across different vehicle and weapon types.,
Ensuring correct damage function integration with Lyra and passing that damage through to valid enemy targets.,
Adding team logic, so turrets only engage enemy actors and ignore friendlies.,
Building clean, maintainable C++ code while exposing necessary functionality to Blueprints for design flexibility.,
Testing and debugging in multiplayer environments to ensure smooth replication and responsiveness.,


Requirements,
Strong experience with Unreal Engine 5.6 (Blueprints and C++).,
Proven ability to implement complex gameplay systems (vehicles, weapons, or similar).,
Knowledge of the Lyra framework / GAS and how to integrate custom damage or ability logic.,
Familiarity with multiplayer replication and optimization best practices.,
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.,


Nice to Have,
Previous work on vehicle-based shooters or ARPG-style projects.,
Experience customizing Lyra systems.,
Familiarity with modular design patterns for scalable gameplay features.,
