Unreal Engine - Control Rig with VR

We are making a Sandbox game in Unreal Engine. The game is moddable and it is support Adult content. We are looking for someone who can handle a custom characters in the Unreal Engine. Which will be needed : Unreal Engine with DQS, Unreal Control Rig, HMD + Tracking hands with control rig IK and HMD + VR controller world and local space orientation fixes.
