UE4 Steam Dedicated Sever

I need someone to create a steam dedicated server. I have an aws account and a virtual machine. My game has the necessary code written. Somehow I couldn't manage to make a dedicated server. My server just show up on the internet tab in the Steam server browser. I need someone to fix that...
