Someone familiar with OffWorld Spout plugin and Unreal Engine 4.27

Need help with my Unreal Engine 4.27 projects are no longer opening since I changed computer.
Also my Offworld Spout plugin setup is not working. Need help to fix it.
Help via TeamViewer, I cannot my share my work files.
