Realistic FPP Driving Game Development

I'm seeking an Unreal Engine expert to bring my first-person perspective (FPP) driving game idea to life on PC.

Car model will be provided by me (in development)

Key features to implement:
- Npc , npc cars, trucks, bus, trees, etc (I will provide these assets)

- Realistic driving physics
- Dynamic weather effects (rain, snow, fog, clear and autumn)
- Damage physics

Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience with Unreal Engine
- Strong background in game physics and mechanics
- Expertise in weather simulation and environmental effects
- Portfolio showcasing similar driving or physics-based games
