Ready or Not Mod -- 2

I'm looking for someone who is experience in Unreal Engine and can make Mods for Games. In this case i want to have a Mod for the Game called "Ready or Not". The Mod will be growing from step to step. The first thing what should be clearify is even possible to do. The Game has officel Mod support.
The first think what i would love to have is a custom menu that i can open where i see each player and a button on each name of the player to revive them. That would be it for now!
