UE5 Pixel Streaming with Azure

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD

I need my Unreal Engine 5.6 project to reach the browser in real-time through Pixel Streaming, keeping latency to an absolute minimum so that player input feels instant. The stream must run reliably on a dedicated host (Windows or Linux—whatever you recommend) and be accessible from standard Chromium-based browsers without extra plugins.

On top of the video channel I also want live voice handled by Azure Voice Live API. The flow I’m picturing is: microphone audio travels from the user to Azure for transcription, then the recognised text is sent back into the game for immediate in-world feedback. You are free to choose Blueprints, C++, or a hybrid, as long as the hand-off to Azure happens in real time and is documented clearly.

Deliverables
• Configured Pixel Streaming stack (signalling server, TURN when required) achieving sub-100 ms end-to-end latency on my test region
• In-project module that connects to Azure Voice Live API, streams user audio, receives the live transcript, and exposes it in Blueprint/C++ so I can react to it in gameplay
• Step-by-step deployment notes so I can reproduce the setup on a fresh machine

Acceptance will be based on a remote demo session where we measure latency and confirm the voice round-trip works without noticeable delay.
