Interactive 3D Interior Showcase

I need a photoreal, fully navigable room built in Unreal Engine that I can use as a sales-driven demo for prospective clients. The scene should load instantly, feel premium, and let the viewer swap out key finishes—wall colours, flooring materials, and at least one furniture set—so we can illustrate different style packages during conversations with buyers. All changes have to update in real time without restarting the scene, so efficient material instances and Blueprint logic are essential.

Because this is a marketing piece rather than a game, lighting accuracy, polished UI prompts and smooth camera controls matter more to me than complex gameplay. I will supply reference photos, CAD plans and the product palette; you translate that into a standalone Windows build (and, if time allows, a WebGL or Pixel Streaming version) that runs flawlessly on a mid-range laptop.

Please show past work that proves you can reach a high visual bar inside Unreal. Interiors, configurators or product-visualisation reels are most relevant. If I like what I see we’ll kick off right away and I’ll need the finished scene, packaged build and all project files handed over within a month.
