We need a full remake and completion of our game

Scope
Full game design and implementation
All 3D models for characters vehicles and weapons
All animations for characters vehicles and weapons
Gameplay scripts and systems for missions progression and leveling
Currency systems including layered currency and an in game laundering mechanic presented as a fictional gameplay system only
Illicit income gameplay types represented as game mechanics not instructions
Weapons including assault rifles shotguns pistols and non lethal options
Vehicles including bikes cars helicopters and armored vehicles
Prestige and rank system with ranks up to Kingpin and final Sentient rank
UI UX and HUD for progression economy and notoriety
Server side authoritative economy and anti cheat basics
Playable prototype with at least one heist mission and basic vehicle handling
Delivery of source files assets and scripts compatible with Unity or Unreal
Timeline and cost estimate
