Fantasy RPG Development on Unreal Engine

I'm seeking an experienced Unreal Engine developer to create a fantasy role-playing game (RPG) focused on character progression and leveling.

Key Requirements:
- Design and implement a dynamic character progression system.
- I dont need a world built the starting platform is fine. But i need at least one of each item and the items must be able to be picked up and stored in inventory. Sword, shield, helmet, breastplate, boots, pants, gloves, belt, cape, earing, ring, necklace. This will require a elegant fantasy ui for characters as well.
- Develop engaging leveling mechanics and systems.
- also need 1 humanoid and one 4 legged animal npcs. So i can use them to create mobs to kill.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine.
- Strong experience in RPG development.
- Solid understanding of character progression systems.
- Creative mindset for fantasy narratives and environments.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
