Development a Virtual Reality College using Unreal Engine Blueprint

PLEASE don't bid if you have not worked on Unreal engine yourself. I am looking for a senior developer to lead or coach the development a Virtual Reality College using Unreal Engine Blueprint. It should be like a real college. Teachers use whiteboards and PowerPoint presentations to teach. Student are able to sit-down, listen and participate in discussions.
