Classical Indoor Office Scene in Unreal

I'm looking for an experienced designer to create a classic style indoor office setting using the Unreal Engine.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Unreal Engine and design aesthetics
- Proven experience in creating indoor scenes particularly office settings
I would like to purchase a service to design multiplayer game scenes that can run on VR, Windows, macOs and Android systems using the Unreal engine. The movements of some objects in the scene will be controlled with the data we receive via serial port (Motion capture).
Ideal skills include:
1. Excellent knowledge of lighting and textures
2. Ability to imbibe and execute the classical style in a modern context
3. Strong attention to detail, ensuring the functionality and visual appeal of the office setting.
