I need a computer tech to livestream our worship service to FB live and Instagram and to operate our cameras

We have one volunteer tech person who has done a great job in live-streaming and working with our equipment. It becomes more difficult though, when we need to troubleshoot problems that arise because our person is self taught.
One of the main issues we now have is trying to eliminate the audio delay in our livestream. In order to continue taking our online presence to the next level, it is time to hire a tech professional for Sunday mornings.
