iPerf commands to run for 60 minutes

Hi,
I want to run iPerf3 to measure network performance.
I want some to write me a simple code that will do the following
1. Run iPerf3 for TCP, UDP and SCPT concurrently
2. Create 7 concurrent threads in total for different packet sizes (3 TCP window sizes, 3 UDP speeds and a default SCPT)
3. Re-run the code every minute for 60 minutes
4. Save the results in log file
I prefer someone who can finish this within a couple of hours.
