Write a csh-like shell.

I am looking for a skilled developer to write a csh-like shell for me. I would like it written in the language C. Furthermore, I would need to shell to be able to run command-line arguments as I expect to need to interact with the shell in such a manner. Additionally, I anticipate needing to make changes to the shell later so I need someone who can support me with that. Highly experienced developers only should apply for this project.
