Proxy server with Toronto IP address

We need to lease and configure a proxy server with a Toronto IP address. The objective is to allow 1-2 remote clients to connect securely, access shared folder, and browse the web using the server’s Toronto IP address. Remote Clients will use a web browsers such Firefox and videoconferencing software such as MS Teams. We can lease a dedicated server if absolutely necessary. Otherwise we can lease a shared server.
