Werewolves of Miller's Hollow

We are developing a cross-platform social deduction game inspired by Werewolf and Mafia. The game will feature real-time voice chat, online multiplayer support, unique player roles, and an intuitive UI. The target platforms include iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. We are seeking an experienced Unity developer with strong C# skills to lead or support development through to launch.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement gameplay systems using Unity and C#.
Build core game mechanics including player roles, day/night cycles, voting, and elimination logic.
Integrate voice communication using third-party SDKs (e.g., Photon Voice, Vivox, Agora).
Develop and manage real-time multiplayer systems (e.g., Photon Fusion, Unity Netcode, Mirror).
Collaborate with design and art teams to implement clean and responsive UI.
Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize performance across mobile and desktop.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code, with appropriate documentation.
Participate in regular builds, testing, debugging, and iteration.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Unity and C# with a solid portfolio of completed projects.
Experience building and deploying multiplayer games.
Familiarity with real-time voice integration using third-party SDKs.
Strong understanding of networked gameplay, game state management, and synchronization.
Experience with mobile development (iOS/Android), including build and deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with Unity’s UI Toolkit or Canvas-based UI systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with social deduction or party games.
Experience working with cross-platform builds and testing (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows).
Familiarity with backend services such as PlayFab, Firebase, or custom matchmaking systems.
Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding of Agile methodologies or milestone-based project tracking
