Unity Surgical Interaction Upgrade
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I already have reliable hand-tracking running inside Unity; when I move my real hand, the virtual hand follows perfectly. Now I need that hand to do more:
• Grab a scalpel from the virtual table.
• Use the scalpel to cut or stitch a wound in the scene (simple collider-based incision is enough for now).
I imagine this taking roughly 2–3 hours for someone comfortable with C# and Unity’s XR Interaction Toolkit (or a comparable grab/use framework). Please build directly inside my existing project, keep the implementation lightweight, and leave clear comments so I can tweak ranges and colliders later.
Deliverables:
1. Well-commented scripts enabling grab and use actions.
2. Updated prefab or sample scene showing the scalpel pickup and wound interaction.
3. Quick setup notes so I can replicate the steps on my end.
If you’ve done VR or surgical-sim work before, great—let me know. Otherwise, solid general Unity interaction experience is fine.
