Unity 3D Room Designer
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
A complete, real-time room environment has to be built inside Unity, ready for me to drop into a larger application. I will share exact references once the project starts, but here’s the baseline:
• Unity version: 2021 LTS or newer, using URP
• Clean scene hierarchy, proper prefab organisation and naming conventions
• All geometry optimised for real-time (target 60 fps on mid-range PC)
• PBR materials, baked and mixed lighting already configured
• Scene handed over as a full Unity project folder with all textures, models, and source files
Style, furniture choices, and the room’s ultimate purpose (work, relaxation, entertainment) will be decided together during an early reference pass, so adaptability is key.
Final delivery is the Unity project plus a short read-me explaining any custom shaders or scripts used.
