Unity Racing Game
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Full Unity source code for a drifting / car-show title and want to turn it into a polished, cross-platform experience that ships to mobile first and later to console builds. We will be working side-by-side for the long haul, but to kick things off the first milestone is a complete UI refresh and the core Android + iOS integration work needed to push to both stores.
Immediate focus
• Make the menus, HUD and garage screens with a clean, touch-friendly interface that keeps performance in check on mid-range devices.
• Wire the new UI to current game logic without breaking serialization or progression data.
• Implement an online leaderboard system (preferred: PlayFab, Firebase or a comparable Unity-ready backend) so players can battle for drift scores.
Once the initial milestone is solid we will move on to deeper reskinning, fresh 3D environments, car models, paint jobs, a points economy, upgrade trees and finally console deployment.
Tech stack & workflow
Unity (LTS preferred), C#, URP or HDRP where appropriate, Git for versioning and Plastic SCM inside Unity. You will be pushing live builds to TestFlight and internal testing tracks on Google Play; console targets will connect through our dev kits later.
How to win the job
Send me a detailed proposal that breaks down your approach to the UI overhaul, leaderboard integration and mobile publishing. Show me timelines, tool choices and any past examples that prove you have shipped Unity projects of similar scope.
I value clear communication, short iteration loops and clean, well-commented code. If the first milestone goes smoothly there is plenty more work waiting—think new tracks, seasonal events and full 3D redesigns—so treat this as the start of an ongoing partnership.
