Unity Mobile Puzzle Game Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a Unity-savvy developer to take a brand-new mobile puzzle concept from idea to playable build. The core genre is Puzzle and I want it running smoothly on iOS and Android. Instead of a traditional match-3 or tile-matching approach, I’m envisioning idle-style mechanics where players make strategic choices, leave, and return to see progress unfold—think puzzle depth blended with the satisfying growth loop of an idle title.
Here’s what I need:
• A clean Unity project set up with C# scripts that handle the idle puzzle logic, progression systems, and basic UI.
• Touch-friendly controls, lightweight assets, and performance optimisations so the game feels snappy on mid-range devices.
• Modular code and clear documentation; I want to be able to tweak levels, timers, and reward rates without digging through spaghetti.
• A short in-game tutorial and placeholder art/sound so the core loop is demonstrable.
• An APK (or TestFlight build) plus the full Unity project folder as the initial deliverable, ready for me to iterate on content or commission polish passes later.
If you have prior experience shipping mobile puzzle or idle games in Unity, please mention the titles or share a quick clip/GIF so I can see how you handle pacing, progression, and user retention. Let’s build something deceptively simple and seriously engaging.
