Unity AR Integration

I'm looking to enhance an existing Unity AR project for both iOS and Android platforms.
Current Status: We have successfully implemented a system that creates a project, uploads a .glb model to Firebase, and allows the Unity app to download and view that model in a standard 3D View.
Requirements:
- Implement advanced AR features: marker-based, markerless, or location-based.
- Optimize upload/download speed for smoother experience.
- Add user authentication for secure access.
