Unity : Game Control Basic Work

Hi i have a task where i need to follow the instructions to carry out what is required i have all the resources to do the task but i lack the knowledge of the unity, i am looking for some one who is available urgent and can help me by recording what he is doing to achieve what is asked in the document.
