Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced Unity developer to create a professional interactive 3D application for commercial presentations.

The objective is to build an application where users can freely explore several industrial machines inside a modern indoor environment and interact with predefined animations.

This project is intended for commercial demonstrations.

It is NOT a game.

It is NOT a physics simulator.

It is NOT a CAD project.

The objective is to create a clean, professional and interactive presentation.

Confidentiality

The selected freelancer must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving any project files.

All project information is confidential.

All source code, assets, animations and deliverables produced during this project will become the exclusive property of the client.

Project Development

The project will be developed in two phases.

Phase 1

The freelancer will create:

Indoor environment
Navigation system
Camera controls
User interface
Animation framework
Interaction system

Generic placeholder models may be used during this phase.

No confidential assets will be provided.

Phase 2

Once Phase 1 has been approved and the NDA has been signed, the selected freelancer will receive the optimized 3D models to integrate into the project.

No engineering CAD files will be provided.

Files Provided (Phase 2)

The selected freelancer will receive:

Optimized FBX or GLB models
Textures
Materials
Reference images
Reference videos
Company logos

No engineering CAD files.

No STEP files.

No FreeCAD files.

No mechanical drawings.

No reverse engineering is required.

Scope of Work
1. Environment

Create a clean, modern indoor environment suitable for presenting industrial equipment.

Include:

Floor
Walls
Ceiling
Lighting
Doors
Basic furniture
Decorative elements

The environment does not need to represent any real building.

2. Machine Integration

Import the supplied optimized 3D models.

Requirements:

Correct scaling
Clean materials
Good rendering quality
Optimized performance

No redesign of the models is required.

3. Navigation

Users must be able to:

Walk freely
Rotate camera
Zoom
Inspect every machine from every angle

Controls:

Keyboard + Mouse

4. Machine Interaction

Each machine should support predefined interactions.

Examples include:

Select machine
Play animation
Open or close doors or panels
Show moving components
Execute an operating sequence

Animations are intended only for visual presentation.

Perfect mechanical accuracy is not required.

5. Visualization Modes

The application must include:

Normal View
Transparent View
Internal View

The objective is allowing customers to better understand the product.

6. Information Hotspots

Interactive hotspots positioned around each machine.

Each hotspot opens a small information panel.

Placeholder text is acceptable.

No database is required.

Full C# source code is included.
The Windows executable runs correctly without crashes.
Important Notes
This project focuses exclusively on software development and interactive visualization.
No CAD modelling or engineering work is required.
The supplied models are provided exclusively for visualization purposes.
The freelancer must not recreate, redistribute, reverse engineer, manufacture, reproduce or reuse any provided assets outside this project.
The freelancer agrees that all deliverables and intellectual property created during the project belong exclusively to the client upon final payment.
