Ultimate Frisbee Dynasty Mobile Game

I'm looking for an experienced mobile game developer to create an ultimate frisbee sports simulation game for Android.

Core Features:
- Single-player campaign
- Custom team creation
- Optional divisions: open, mixed, women's
- Roster management: 10-26 players, with a practice squad of up to 10 players
- follow the USAU club season schedule (tournaments with pool + bracket play) - accurate bid earning based on team/region performance for regionals and nationals
- team development/chemistry throughout the year as well as offseason development
- high school/college players able to compete in the club season
- Have teams that show up late in the season to be bid spoilers for sectionals and/or regionals
- player movement and preference based on division and competition level (sectionals, regionals, nationals)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Mobile game development, especially on Android
- Experience with sports simulation and dynasty-style games
- Strong knowledge of team management mechanics
- Ability to create engaging single-player campaigns
