Puzzle Game Unity 2D UI/UX Designer Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are developing a mobile puzzle game in the “triple tile match” genre (tap-to-collect, match 3 identical tiles, tray-based gameplay). We’re looking for a skilled UI/UX artist designer with Unity experience to design and implement a complete, polished interface for the game.
We need someone who can build and deliver production-ready UI inside Unity, including animations, transitions, and responsive layouts.
Paid Trial Task (Initial Step):
A small paid trial to assess quality and implementation approach.
The trial includes:
- A Main Menu screen with standard elements (play button, progress/level indicator, currency/energy, navigation buttons)
- Some background continuous animation.
- A Gameplay screen featuring a tile board, tray, objective panel, move counter, and boosters
The screens should include polished but efficient animations, such as interaction feedback, transitions, tile selection movement, and match effects.
A key requirement is mobile performance awareness the implementation should be visually appealing while remaining lightweight (efficient use of particles, minimal overdraw, optimized assets, etc.).
Deliverables (Trial):
- Unity project or package with implemented UI
- Clean, well-structured prefabs and reusable components
- Easy integration into an existing Unity 2D project
What We’re Looking For:
- Good sense of style and design, attention to details and final polish
- Attention to performance and scalability on mobile devices
If this goes well, there is potential for ongoing collaboration as the project grows.
