Modern 3D Apartment Interior Walkthrough

I have a five-unit residential building that needs a complete modern interior concept, room-by-room. Each apartment should be viewable in an interactive 3D model where on-screen arrows let the user “walk” from the entrance through every space. The goal is to hand over a polished package that a buyer or tenant can explore on a desktop or mobile browser without extra plugins.

Scope
• Develop a cohesive modern design palette for all five apartments—finishes, lighting, furniture and décor.
• Produce a fully navigable 3D model (WebGL, Unity, Twinmotion, SketchUp + viewer, or similar). Hotspots/arrows must let users move naturally through halls, living areas, kitchens, bedrooms and baths.
• Supply high-resolution still renders of key viewpoints for marketing.
• Include editable source files and a simple user guide explaining how to launch and navigate the walkthrough.

Acceptance criteria
1. Interactive file opens locally or via web link on Windows and macOS without paid software.
2. Navigation arrows work smoothly in every room of every apartment.
3. Visuals match the agreed modern style and the building’s real dimensions.
4. Final deliverables—interactive model, renders, and source files—pass a quick screen-share review.
