Mobile First-Person Training Game

Job ID: 40470108

Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR

I need a mobile game that lets my staff step into realistic workplace scenarios, first-person and fully role-playing, so they can practise problem-solving and sharpen their communication skills on the go. The experience should feel like they are truly “there”: navigating a 3-D environment, talking with virtual colleagues or customers, and making choices that branch the story and affect measurable outcomes.

Key features I have in mind
• First-person point of view throughout
• Role-play mechanics with dialogue trees, timed decisions, and in-game consequences
• Clear feedback loops that highlight how each choice boosts (or hurts) problem-solving and communication scores
• Lightweight analytics dashboard so I can track individual and team progress
• Smooth performance on recent iOS and Android devices, delivered as standalone builds or via a single cross-platform engine such as Unity or Unreal

I will supply the core learning objectives and sample real-world situations. You’ll translate them into an engaging design, iterate with me on narrative flow, then handle development, art, sound, and basic UI/UX polish.

Acceptance criteria
1. A playable vertical slice proving the first-person role-play concept
2. Full production build ready for internal distribution, error-free on both major mobile platforms
3. Simple admin panel or exported data that lets me see who played, for how long, and what scores they achieved

Let me know your preferred engine, previous interactive training work (links or short clips welcome), and an estimated timeline for concept, prototype, beta, and final release. I’m ready to start right away and will be available for quick feedback at each milestone.
