Looking for unity developer who can work on video maker app

We have one requirement of app that needs to build into unity.
- The app makes a video maker and photo maker with the effects, cropping features, multi-selection of photos and videos.
- While creating a video/image you can add sounds, filters, transactions, cropping, etc.

We need to create two sections. Please find the details below.

1) Create Video
- Select Option: Image, Video
- If select video it will be trimmed by 30 sec
- Select multiple images from the gallery (max 6)
- If selected images are more than one then play video transition animation automatically
- If select video modifies video canvas according to canvas sizes for e.x. 1:1, 9:16, 4:5 with zoom in/out
- Crop images manually
- Select audio from the gallery
- Play particle effects on video
- Editable text with animation
- Select video size manually
- Save internal audio sound in the recording
- The audio visualizer reacts according to the audio sound

2) Photo Story
- Select multiple images from the gallery (max 50)
- If selected images are more than one or only one play video transition animation
- Crop images automatic & manually
- Select audio from the gallery
- Play particle effects on video
- Editable text with animation
- Increase & decrease video length according to selected images length
- Select video size manually
- Record internal audio sound
- Loop audio if the audio length is less than video length
- Audio Cutter library or audio
